Nestled between the towns of Washington and Cole, Oklahoma, One Four T Ranch spans 140 acres of rich, rolling land and is home to a premier herd of Full Blood Red Limousin cattle. Specializing in top-tier bull and heifer replacements, our ranch is steeped in tradition and backed by generations of cattle-breeding excellence.
In 2022, the Tilley family proudly acquired the ranch and its renowned Limousin herd from the Ratliff family 3R Bar Ranch—respected cattle breeders for three generations. With that legacy comes a deep sense of responsibility and pride. As only the second owners of this historic property since Oklahoma statehood, we’re honored to carry forward the standards set by the Ratliffs.
