Our passion is to live a life worth living — one rooted in purpose, family, and shared experiences. Whether we’re working the ranch, traveling to new places, or serving our community, we believe in doing it together. For us, life is richest when it’s built on connection, hard work, and creating meaningful memories as a family.
Marcus Tilley was raised in Spalding, Oklahoma, where his early involvement in agriculture—through Holdenville FFA and showing Duroc pigs at local Ag events—sparked a lifelong connection to the land. After graduating from Holdenville High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree from East Central University and went on to build a distinguished career in the hospitality industry. For over 30 years, Marcus has been a respected figure in hospitality, currently serving as President of Traditions Hospitality Group in Norman, Oklahoma—a position he’s held for 17 years. His leadership extends beyond the workplace, serving on numerous state boards, including the Oklahoma Restaurant Association (where he is a former Chairman), the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation as a Trustee, and active involvement with The United Way. Marcus’s passions reflect his strong ties to both people and the outdoors. He enjoys traveling, hunting, raising Limousin cattle, and planting wildlife crops on the family’s hunting ranch—activities that allow him to stay close to his roots while investing in the future of their land
Kori Landgraf-Tilley grew up in Madill, Oklahoma, where she was born into a proud farming and ranching family. The Landgrafs have a long history in beef cattle production, pecan harvesting, peanut farming, and other feed crops—agricultural traditions that run deep on both sides of her family. Her maternal relatives were also beef producers and farmers, reinforcing her strong connection to the land. From a young age, Kori worked alongside her father, uncles, and grandparents on the farm, where she learned the value of responsibility, hard work, and the hands-on skills that now make her a capable and dependable ranch hand. She found particular joy in working cattle and raising and showing her Brahman heifer, “Joni”, at local agricultural events—experiences that deepened her love for the Ag community. Kori attended the University of Central Oklahoma, earning a degree in Esthetics, and she now works from home while serving with various non-profit organizations. She is especially passionate about her role as an advocate counselor for The Eden Clinic, specifically advocating for post-abortive women. Her life is a blend of creativity and purpose—she enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, cooking, writing, and painting. But the highlight of her life is working alongside her husband on their Limousin ranch, continuing the family legacy and living out the values that have shaped her from the start.

These qualities contribute to his success in hands-on projects and succeeding in problem-solving.
